Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the websites operated by Ascension Strategies LLC, including ascensionvoice.ai. Paid service is additionally governed by the Master Service Agreement and Data Processing Agreement signed at onboarding; where those documents conflict with these Terms, those documents control. 2. Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to any system, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it to send unlawful or misleading communications. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being broken.

3. The service

We build and operate a custom AI phone receptionist for your business. Fees, included usage, overages, and other commercial terms are presented before service begins and documented in the applicable Master Service Agreement, order form, or service agreement. A build typically takes one to two weeks, and any trial period begins after the build is delivered and you approve it. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices and program terms may change for new customers.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, pricing, policies, and calendar access you provide; for the content of the greeting and disclosures used on your phone line; and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including call recording, consent, and marketing rules in the states where you operate.

5. Intellectual property

The site, our software, prompts, configurations, and brand assets remain the property of Ascension Strategies LLC. You keep ownership of your business content and your customer data. You grant us the limited right to use that material to build, run, and support your service.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is basis. Telephone networks, third-party calendars, and CRMs can fail, and automated systems can misunderstand a caller. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular revenue, booking rate, or business result.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascension Strategies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or service after an update means you accept it.
