Stop losing jobs because you couldn't answer the phone.

Ascension Voice gives local service businesses a custom 24/7 front desk that answers, qualifies, books, and routes every call — while you stay on the work.

Done for you. You review and approve the build before it ever takes a live call.

Ava is our own front desk — call Ava at (888) 709-8456 and she'll book your call with Shawn.

A phone on a jobsite ringing while a gold voice waveform answers it.
  • Built for local service businesses
  • Live and answering calls today
  • You approve the build before go-live
  • Done-for-you implementation

You don't lose the customer because you did bad work. You lose them because you couldn't answer while you were doing it.

  • You're up a ladder.
  • You're under a sink.
  • You're sitting with a customer.
  • You're driving between jobs.
  • You're already on another call.
  • It's 7:40 on a Sunday night.

The caller doesn't wait. They don't leave a voicemail either. They hang up and call the next name on the list — and that name answers.

A real business, in her words
"It's so amazing how it sounds like me, and she's so smooth at asking questions, giving answers, and booking appointments for me so I don't have to. Such a game-changer for my business."
Cara A. · Owner, Cara Hilo Hair · Hilo, HI

Built for one business at a time.

Cara's front desk was built around her salon — her services, her prices, her booking rules. Yours would be built the same way, on your line, in your voice.

Ava is our own front desk. She'll answer your questions about Ascension Voice and, if you want to go further, book your fit call with Shawn on the spot.

Call (888) 709-8456

Available 24/7. No form, no waiting on a callback.

01

Ask her anything

Push back, interrupt, talk over her. She handles it the way she would on your line.

02

Have her book you in

Tell Ava you want time with Shawn and she'll put the call on the calendar before you hang up.

03

Hang up knowing

You just experienced what your callers would get at 9pm on a Sunday.

Three things happen every time it rings.

01

Answers like your front desk

Every call picked up on the first ring — day, night, weekend, holiday — in a voice and script built around how your business actually talks.

02

Qualifies and books by your rules

Asks your intake questions, captures the details that matter, and books straight into your calendar with the right job type and buffer.

03

Routes, hands off, and logs everything

Urgent calls go to a human with the context already gathered. Everything else lands as a clean summary you can act on later.

What are missed calls costing you?

Four conservative inputs. Live estimate. No email required.

What you actually get back.

Not a feature list. Six things that change about your week once the phone is somebody else's job.

01

Every call answered, 24/7

No voicemail, no ringing out, no after-hours gap. The phone is covered whether you're on a roof or asleep.

02

Leads qualified before they reach you

Tire-kickers get handled. Real jobs come to you with the address, the problem, and the timeline already captured.

03

Appointments booked while you work

Bookings land on your calendar during the call, following your job types, hours, and travel buffers.

04

Urgent calls handed off correctly

Emergencies reach a human fast, with everything the caller already said, so nobody has to start over.

05

Every conversation logged and summarized

You end the day with a clean record of who called, what they wanted, and what happened next.

06

The whole system managed for you

We build it, watch it on real calls, and keep tuning it as your pricing, staffing, and season change.

The voice is the easy part. The system underneath is the product.

Making a computer talk takes an afternoon. Making a phone line that reliably books work, protects your reputation, and knows when to get a human takes everything below. If you tried an AI phone tool and it flopped, this is the part nobody finished installing.

A cheap AI phone tool gives you
  • A voice and a phone number
  • A greeting you type in yourself
  • Whatever it decides to say next

Then it's your project to finish. That's why it falls apart in week three.

We build and manage
Call logic
Every branch mapped to how your business actually runs — including the callers who go off-script.
Qualification rules
The questions you'd ask, in the order you'd ask them, with the answers written down.
Scheduling rules
Job types, hours, travel time, double-booking limits, and who can be booked when.
Integrations
Connected to the calendar and systems you already run, so a booking is a real booking.
Guardrails
What it may say, what it must confirm out loud, and where it has to stop and ask.
Human handoff
A clean escape hatch to a real person, with the context already gathered.
Logging
Transcripts, summaries, and outcomes for every call that comes in.
Monitoring and tuning
Real calls reviewed after go-live, and adjustments made month after month.

You aren't buying software. You're outsourcing the front-desk system.

Four honest ways to cover the phone.

Every one of these has a real case. Here's where each one holds up and where it doesn't.

Voicemail / missed calls

The default for most owner-operated businesses.

Where it works
  • Costs nothing
  • Nothing to set up
Where it falls short
  • Most callers hang up instead of leaving a message
  • Nothing is captured, qualified, or booked
  • The job goes to whoever answered

Answering service or front-desk staff

A real human covering the phone.

Where it works
  • Human judgment on unusual calls
  • Genuine personal touch
  • Can handle conversations no system anticipated
Where it falls short
  • Coverage is limited to staffed hours
  • Payroll, or per-minute rates far above managed AI
  • Turnover means retraining, and sick days mean gaps
  • Often shallow or no integration with your calendar and CRM

DIY AI phone tool

A self-serve platform you configure yourself.

Where it works
  • Inexpensive to start
  • Flexible if you like building things
  • Genuinely good option for technically capable owners
Where it falls short
  • You write the call logic and the rules
  • You connect the calendar and the systems
  • You test it, monitor it, and catch the failures
  • It stays your project, on top of running your business

Ascension Voice

A managed front desk built around your business.

Where it works
  • Custom-built for your services, hours, and intake
  • 24/7 coverage with qualification, booking, and routing
  • Integrations, guardrails, and human handoff included
  • Monitored and tuned for you after go-live
Where it falls short
  • It's a service, not a self-serve login — a build takes about 1–2 weeks
  • It costs more than a DIY tool because the system is done for you
  • Rare, genuinely unusual conversations still belong to a human

From the founder

Why the Vanguard Program exists.

I'm Shawn. I build managed front desks for local service businesses — the kind where the owner is also the receptionist. My first five builds are live and answering calls now.

Vanguard is the next small group, and it's a straight trade. Custom setup and implementation are included for Vanguard businesses. In return I get to build alongside real operators: your calls, your workflows, your honest feedback.

And if you've been burned by an AI tool before — your system is built for your business, you review it, and nothing goes live on your line until you say it's ready.

— Shawn, Ascension Strategies LLC

The Vanguard Program

Built around your business, managed for you.

One program, one scope: we build the front desk, you approve it, and we run it. Because every build is shaped by your call volume, workflows, and integrations, we walk through your exact numbers together on the call.

The build
  • A front desk built around your services, hours, and intake questions
  • Custom setup and implementation, included for Vanguard businesses
  • Call logic, qualification rules, and scheduling rules written for your business
  • CRM and calendar integration where applicable
  • Your review and approval before it takes a single live call
The service
  • 24/7 call handling — nights, weekends, holidays
  • Appointment booking on your calendar
  • Routing and human handoff on urgent calls
  • Call summaries and logging for every conversation
  • Ongoing monitoring and tuning as your business changes

A build takes about 1–2 weeks. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

Straight answers.

See all questions

What does it cost?

Every system is built around the business it serves. On the call we look at your call volume, workflows, integrations, and coverage needs, then give you the exact numbers before anything moves forward.

I already tried an AI phone tool and it was terrible. Why would this be different?

Because what failed you probably wasn't the AI — it was everything nobody built around it. A tool that isn't connected to your calendar can't really book anything. One with no rules answers questions it shouldn't. One with no escape hatch traps an angry caller. We build the connections, the rules, and the handoffs, then watch real calls before it's ever on your line alone.

What stops it from making something up?

It only answers from what you gave us — your prices, policies, hours, and services — and confirms anything that matters out loud. When it isn't certain, it asks instead of guessing, and anything outside its lane goes to a human.

Do I have to set any of this up?

No. You give us about twenty minutes and your price list. We build it, you review it, and we manage it from there.

How long does the build take?

About 1–2 weeks. You approve the finished system before it answers a single live call.

Is my data safe?

US-based, handled under a Data Processing Agreement signed at onboarding, and you own your data.
