About Ascension Voice.
AI Voice Automation · Intelligently Elevated

Shawn — founder, Ascension Strategies LLC.
Ascension Voice builds custom AI phone receptionists for local service businesses — the kind of operators who often are the person answering the phone. She answers every call, books appointments, qualifies leads, and routes the work, so a missed call never costs a customer again.
The parent company
Ascension Voice is a division of Ascension Strategies LLC, a Wyoming company founded by Shawn — known as The Strategist. Ascension Strategies builds AI and automation tools that give small businesses enterprise-grade capability without enterprise cost or headcount. Ascension Voice is its AI-receptionist division.
The mission
Give local operators a phone line that never sleeps — so the next customer is always answered.
A note from Shawn
I built this from the operator's seat. I'm tired of watching good businesses lose jobs to a ringing phone — the kind of work they earned but couldn't pick up because they were already serving the last customer. The technology to fix this exists. What was missing was someone willing to build it around the operator, in plain language, with the paperwork done right on day one. That's what Ascension Voice is.
A three-step method, not a subscription form.
Sit with the operator. Map calls, services, hours, intake, edge cases.
Custom build in 1–2 weeks. You review the finished agent before it goes live.
Monthly tuning on real calls. She gets sharper as your business changes.
Local operators, from solo to franchise.
The kind of businesses where a missed call is a missed job — and where the owner usually is the one answering the phone.
