Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
This policy explains what information we handle when you visit this website or use the Ascension Voice AI phone receptionist service, why we handle it, and what control you have over it.
1. Who we are
Ascension Voice is a division of Ascension Strategies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Contact: admin@ascensionvoice.ai.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything else you type into a form on this site or share with us during an onboarding call.
Call information. When your AI receptionist answers a call, we process the call audio, a transcript, the caller's phone number, the time and length of the call, and any details the caller provides — such as a name, address, appointment time, or description of the job.
Site information. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page, collected to keep the site working and to understand general traffic patterns.
3. How we use information
To build, run, and support your AI receptionist; to book appointments and route leads into the systems you have connected; to reply to your questions; to bill for the service; to improve reliability and call quality for your own account; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your call data to train third-party AI models.
4. Subprocessors
We rely on a small number of vendors to deliver the service — telephony carriers, speech and language processing providers, cloud hosting, calendar and CRM systems you ask us to connect, and payment processing. Each is bound by contract to handle data only on our instructions and to maintain appropriate security. A current list of subprocessors is available on request at admin@ascensionvoice.ai.
5. Call recording and consent
Calls may be recorded and transcribed so the service can work and so you can review what was said. Recording and disclosure requirements vary by state. As the business operating the phone line, you are responsible for the greeting and disclosures used on your line; we configure the disclosure language you approve during onboarding.
6. Retention and security
We keep call recordings, transcripts, and account records for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, billing, and dispute obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to people who need it, and customer environments are kept separate.
7. Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop sending marketing messages. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law. Email admin@ascensionvoice.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
This service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting active customers will also be sent by email.
